Painting: Aware Everyday I realize I have been blessed to make what I love my work and my work my life. The amazing adventures that lie deep in a piece of smooth paper or a vast empty canvas, clay freshly wedged, ready for the possibilities, keep me constantly challenged. I am forever grateful for what these simple materials have taught about the world and myself. When I offer these journeys to life; when they are fired, framed, "done"... and I walk away, my hope is that others may understand even a glimpse of that voyage, and make it their own. Thank you for visiting. I will try to have new images and events posted as they happen, so keep checking in. If you have any questions or comments, I am open to dialogue. Rose |
